Information obligations of the Data Controller to subscribers who sign up through the form

(1) The administrator of your data is the ACADEMY OF BEAUTIFUL ART IN KATOWICE with its registered office at: 40-074 Katowice, 37 Raciborska St., on behalf of which the Rector acts.

(2) Your data obtained through the application form in the following scope: e-mail address, are processed in the database of the Administrator’s service on the basis of the consent clause, the provision of data is voluntary.

3 You have the right to:

  • to withdraw consent at any time – to opt out of further participation in the service;
  • Access to the content of their data and their correction;
  • limitation of processing, deletion of data, filing an objection – in case of processing in violation of legal requirements;
  • to object at any time for processing for marketing purposes.
  • receive information from the violation and, in the event of a violation, file a complaint with the supervisory authority and claims for the violation found.

The Data Controller shall not make any decisions that have legal effects or significantly affect the data subject based on automated processing including profiling.

Provision of data is voluntary and results from your personal decision to participate in the event “Post-industrial plant-human dictionary”.

The organizer informs that the participant’s consent may be revoked at any time, and the withdrawal of consent shall be tantamount to the discontinuation of participation in the event and shall not affect the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its revocation.

The administrator processes the following listed personal data of the participant of the event “Postindustrial plant-human dictionary”: name, email address and name of the represented institution.
